Agile Tech Support is a “Mobile PC Technician” service operating in the Lower Hunter and Great Lakes Regions of New South Wales, about 2 hours north of Sydney. The business is owned, managed and operated by David, who has grown up in the area and who understands the science behind digital technology. David draws on 11 years of experience in logistics and small business operations and many years of experience with personal computers to run the business. He studied Computer Science at the University of Newcastle and is a member of the Australian Computer Society. He has a Cert III in Micro Business Operations and is covered by Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance for on-site work.
The vision for the business is to create a connection between the high-tech, fast-paced world of digital technology and the working class communities in the Region.
