Agile Tech Support is an ICT call-out service operating in the Lower Hunter Region of New South Wales, about 2 hours north of Sydney. The business is owned, managed and operated by David, who has grown up in the area and who understands the science behind digital technology. David draws on 11+ years of experience in logistics and small business operations and 3+ years of ICT field experience and to run the business. He studied Computer Science at the University of Newcastle and is committed to continuous education through self-learning. David is a member of the Australian Computer Society and is co-convenor of the Newcastle Chapter. He has a Cert III in Micro Business Operations and is covered by Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance for on-site work.

The vision for the business is to create a connection between the high-tech, fast-paced world of digital technology and the working class communities in the Region. We are particularly committed to helping small business compete with the corporate world by using technology to your advantage.


Agile Tech Support can ultimately save you time and money in administrating your on-premise ICT infrastructure. They can also provide some the basic training and consulting services of a much higher-priced IT service. These different needs can often be provided for within a single call-out, maximising value for money.



Being a purely a mobile service, with no shop-front to manage, Agile Tech Support can offer very quick response times to call-outs. Excellent customer service will be offered at every stage, including a clear explanation of the diagnosis and work carried out.
